Members of the Prairies Region Executive met with MP Kelly McCauley yesterday to talk about the Prison Needle Exchange Program. They toured with him through Edmonton Institution for Women for 2 hours, and then met at his office for another 2 hours.
Mr. McCauley said he will present our letters to the House of Commons next month.
