IODL File Settlement

We are pleased to announce that UCCO-SACC-CSN and CSC have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to conclude the outstanding issues related to the Union victory on IODL.

As a result of this hard-won settlement, over two hundred and fifty Correctional Officers (present and retired) are entitled to a lump sum payment, payment of lieu hours and the credit of the leaves that they would have accumulated. Please see the attached MOU for details.

As per the MOU, CSC has provided UCCO-SACC-CSN with a list of eligible individuals. The Union has undertaken to advise all present and former members who have been identified on this list. Any member (present or retired) who meets the conditions of the attached MOU and has not been advised that they are on the list has until June 24, 2019, to register an objection with NHQ at the following email: IODL.GEN-NAT@CSC-SCC.GC.CA.

Please contact your local present and/or grievance coordinator for any questions on this matter
