The Union met with Treasury Board representatives in Ottawa on March 25th, 2019, and officially tabled our targeted negotiation project. We went through the document page by page allowing the employer to ask questions and highlighted our three main demands; improvements to pension, annual leave and salary, as prioritized and adopted by our members. We also received the employer demands and will review them next week with the entire bargaining team. The parties will meet again with their respective bargaining teams on April 16th, 2019. We also must table our negotiation demands with CSC which includes some demands to improve the global agreement.
