2021 is a very special year for UCCO-SACC-CSN. It marks 20 years of Federal Correctional Officers branching off and forming their own autonomous union. This was a major milestone for all Federal Correctional Officers and over the last 20 years we have made major gains in our Salary, Working Conditions, Health and Safety, Uniforms and the list goes on.
What makes UCCO-SACC-CSN so successful? It`s the members of UCCO-SACC-CSN working together and supporting each other. The members of UCCO-SACC-CSN have shown time and time again that through solidarity and standing strong together, we can accomplish great things.
Your UCCO-SACC-CSN National Executive continues day in and day out to be impressed at the amazing work the local executives and their members perform across the country upholding our union values. As a huge thank you, along with another tool to show union solidarity, a UCCO-SACC-CSN commemorative hoodie/zip-up was developed. The goal will be to have all members across the country showing pride and solidarity by wearing this hoodie throughout the year at various union events.
A specific Google Form link was created for each of the five regions and has been shared locally by the local executives. All active members need to fill out the form by the end of business day on July 11th, 2021 to receive a complimentary UCCO-SACC-CSN hoodie. No forms will be accepted after that. When filling out the forms, no CSC email addresses will be accepted, as we do not use the corporate network to communicate.
