Prison Needle Exchange Program – Postal Operation

At the beginning of February, no less than 20,000 postal needles were sent to residents living near the penitentiaries where the Prison Needle Exchange Program is being implemented.

UCCO-SACC-CSN is asking Canadians to call their local MPs to demand that safety is at the forefront for first responders at all federal Institutions, and that the unsafe and problematic Prison Needle Exchange Program is replaced it with overdose prevention sites overseen by health care professionals.
